This investment strengthens Constructel Visabeira’s established presence in the UK where it operates through its subsidiary MJ Quinn, a flagship UK Group in the telecom and energy infrastructure sector.

The integration of Aardvarc Group within this robust UK platform creates significant opportunities for collaboration, operational synergies and shared best practices. While benefiting from the scale, deep sector expertise and strong operational footprint of the wider group, Aardvarc Group will continue to operate with its own specialist focus, brand and dedicated management team.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, Aardvarc Group has built a strong reputation in the delivery of medium- and high-voltage electrical engineering services, including grid connections, substation works, turnkey project execution and specialist switchgear solutions.
