On 17 and 18 March 2025, Constructel Visabeira held its first Leadership Gathering in Viseu, Portugal, bringing together, for the very first time, the leadership teams from all the companies and markets where it operates. This event marked a historic milestone in the consolidation of a unified corporate culture and an aligned global strategy.

Over the course of two days, participants from Portugal, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Nordic countries and the United States shared experiences, aligned strategic objectives for 2025, and deepened their spirit of collaboration across regions.

The programme included business results presentations, interactive workshops, and market-focused panels, complemented by team-building activities that strengthened cohesion and engagement among teams.

One of the event’s highlights was the Oscar’s Dinner, where the Constructel Awards were presented, recognising excellence in the areas of growth, efficiency, sustainability, safety, and career achievement.
